Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet you used to deposit — DANA, OVO or GoPay. Open the banking section, choose the withdrawal option, enter the amount you want to move, and confirm. If your account hasn't been verified yet, you'll be prompted to complete that step before the payout is processed. Once verification is in place, withdrawal requests go into the
queue and are handled in the order they arrive. We don't attach processing speed claims we can't stand behind — what we do is keep the queue moving and surface any hold clearly in your transaction history.
- Open the withdrawal section in banking — Find the withdrawal tab in your account's banking area. Your available balance and linked wallet are shown before you proceed.
- Enter the amount and select your wallet — Type the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the destination — the wallet address tied to your verified account.
- Complete verification if prompted — First-time withdrawals may require identity confirmation. Follow the on-screen steps and upload the document requested.
- Track the status in transaction history — Once submitted, your withdrawal request appears in your history with a live status so you can see exactly where it stands.
